Shelley Hirsch & Jim Hodges

Yodels and Doodles: audio-visual projections between friends, a work of vocal and visual improvisations. Composer/vocalist and multimedia artist Hirsch possesses one of the most creative and spontaneous minds in the field along with a noise that bends roars, whispers and soars in response. Hodges’ imagery frequently blends the familiar and the miraculous, as in his pieces at the 2004 Whitney Biennial, which in turn creates the sensation of yet another, tangential mirable in your head and heart.
