The composer presents her Statements project performed on piano and prepared piano with Hans Tammen, endangered guitar; Theo Bleckmann voice and extended vocal techniques; and Tomas Ulrich, uprooted cello. The grou pis founded in jazz-derived styles and extends these through a remarkable and imaginative use of mechanical preparations and special techniques proving that there is still fertile territory in the body and the instruments we think we know.
