Facility is a concert gallery space in Soho.

Steinway B Grand Piano
4 Channel Sound System
Drum set (Jazz kit w/ cymbol and hi-hat stands.. no cymbols)
Guitar & Bass amps.
24 channel HD recorder (not a sound proof situation)

Rates:

  1. Rehearsals $20/hr basic rate, $25/hr w/piano, Drum Set - $10 per session. Minimum 2 hrs. Available 10-6 m-f, after hours as available.
  2. Performances $500 per night (6-11) + cost for piano tuning if needed. Includes sound tech, and Box Office. (recording services additional $100)
  3. Recording sessions $75/hr.
