The New York City-based guitarist/composer/singer/songwriter Brandon Ross presents “Glyph/Sonic”, a compendium of musical directions performed by three ensembles: Breath of Air, For Living Lovers, and Phantom Station. These directions intersect through the language and dialects of Creative Music as deployed in the current era. “In my observation, as humans reach further into multidimensional experience, the awareness of our Source and essential nature inhabiting the present moment – of stillness, of (nameless) sound, is held in common trust,” says Ross. “Shared in expression. It is the open field of consciousness in which we perceive anew. ‘Glyph/Sonic’ is about that.”
