Experiential Orchestra pairs the virtuosity and brilliance of two of America’s most exciting bassoonists—brilliant visionary Brad Balliett and William Short, principal bassoon of the Metropolitan Opera—with world premieres by rising star Viet Cuong and Brad Balliett, an exclusive New York appearance by Macedonian zurla superstar Milo Destanovski, and a finale of double reed insanity, including more than two dozen oboes and bassoons playing French military music. A concert not to be missed!

The Experiential Orchestra (EXO), founded by conductor James Blachly, brings the orchestra into the modern age, inviting its audiences to engage with sound in new and imaginative ways. From its signature Rite of Spring Dance Party to intimate listening experiences at Lincoln Center, they are revolutionizing the way an orchestra can create concerts that engage and inspire.
