JG Thirlwell + Ensemble

Tuesday, December 7, 2021. 8:00 pm

Roulette is thrilled to present an evening with JG Thirlwell + Ensemble. For the occasion, the legendary composer known for his work as Xordox, Foetus, Clint Ruin, Steroid Maximus, and Manorexia, has rearranged several pieces from the Foetus repertoire with longtime collaborator Simon Hanes (of Tredici Bacci) for the instrumentation of harp, piano, viola, acoustic guitar/bass, and drums. This performance marks the reunification of this elite ensemble after playing two sold out shows at National Sawdust in 2019.

JG Thirlwell: composer, vocals
Simon Hanes: acoustic guitar, bass
Evan Allen: piano
Leah Asher: viola, violin
Peter Moffett: percussion, drum kit
TBC: harp
