While most of her live performances over the past several years have involved prepared piano, electronics, and multimedia/video works to create an immersive psychedelic spectacle, the New York-based classically trained composer and musician Kelly Moran, a 2020 Roulette Resident Artist, will perform an intimate and stripped-down set of music for solo acoustic piano, featuring arrangements of older pieces and premieres of new works written during the pandemic. The program will also preview unreleased material that will be featured on her upcoming album in 2024.
