Friday, December 8, 1989. 9:00 pm

Three of the most vital and creative voices in the electronic music scene in individual and collaborative works over two evenings.

Linda Fisher was a member of Mother Mallard’s Portable Masterpiece Co. formed by David Borden in 1969 and Composers Inside Electronics with Phil Edelstein, John Driscoll and others.

Brenda Hutchinson is a composer and sound artist who has developed a body of work based on a perspective about interacting with the public and non-artists through personal, reciprocal engagement with listening and sounding.

Annea Lockwood is a New Zealand born American composer. She taught electronic music at Vassar College. Her work often involves recordings of natural found sounds. She has also recorded Fluxus-inspired pieces involving burning or drowning pianos.
