Giovanni Guidi: Pianist Giovanni Guidi is 29 years old. In 2007, at only 22, he won the prestigious “Top Jazz” poll of Musica Jazz in Italy. Now is considered one of the most outstanding musicians to have emerged from the ranks of Italian Jazz. He plays with Enico Rava’s band, he is a leader of wonderful trio and of a large ensemble called “Unknown Rebels”, where creative urgency and young visionariness melt in a perfect way.
Alessandro Lanzoni: He was only 21 years old when he won, in 2013, the “Top Jazz” poll in Italy. And he already had a prestigious story behind as musician. Nevertheless to say that he was a “child prodigy” of piano at only 13. Today is a luminary in Italian jazz scene. He is one of the most extraordinary talent of jazz. His piano-solo performances are simply astonishing.
Domenico Sanna: He is 30 years old and already considered one of the most audacious and advanced pianists and keyboard players coming from Europe. Domenico conceptualized his “Brooklyn Beat!” trio out of necessity, driven by a focus on the beat – the pulse of the musical world. His search for the beat took him to the rhythmic origins of jazz, though the resultant music has a contemporary groove and sound, with elements of R&B and swing
