Composition for trio by the cornetist with vocalist Arnay Burton and pianist Myra Melford including portions of Modette with text by Alan Graubard and II Presidente with words by Javier Barreiro and Alessandro Cassin. An extraordinary performer, Morris is also known for his exquisite melodies and inventive arrangements. His disc on New World was named in the 1991 Top 10 by the Village Voice and New York Times.
