Ticketing Policies

Arrival: Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to show time, performances will start promptly at start-time indicated. Ticket holders are guaranteed admission until the start of the program; at which time any unclaimed tickets will be released. No refunds will be given for unclaimed tickets. Late seating is up to the discretion of Roulette.

Roulette is unable to offer refunds but can issue patron credit if Roulette is contacted 2-hours prior to performance. Patron Credit can be used towards future performances of equal or lesser value. Credit expires within 12 months. Please contact boxoffice@roulette.org for more information

Accessibility: Roulette’s main floor is wheelchair accessible via the ramp entrance on Atlantic Avenue. Requests for reasonable accommodation can be made in advance of the concert or event. Please contact our Box Office at boxoffice@roulette.org.

Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere within Roulette’s building.

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under the age of 2 who will sit on a parent or guardian’s lap may receive a complimentary ticket.

Recording: You may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. By attending a performance or event, you grant Roulette to use photographs and/or audiovisual recordings in which you appear for archival, documentary, publicity, advertising, or other purposes.

Roulette prohibits still photography and videography from cameras and other recording devices. Unless otherwise specified, non-commercial photography/videography from a mobile phone is allowed, so long as use is discreet, uses no-flash, and phone is on silent.
