Doors will open one hour before the performance. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to show time and depart immediately afterward. Performances will start promptly at start-time indicated. Tickets may be exchanged but not refunded.
Roulette’s main floor is wheelchair accessible space via the ramp entrance on Atlantic Avenue. Requests for reasonable accommodation should be made in advance of the concert or event. Please contact our Box Office at boxoffice@roulette.org or (917) 267-0368 (voice only) for questions or needs. We have an ADA compliant and all-gender restroom with a baby changing station.
By attending a Roulette performance, you consent to be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded during the performance by Roulette staff or other authorized individuals. Photography and videography from cameras and other recording devices by members of the public are prohibited. Unless otherwise specified, non-commercial photography/videography from a cellular phone is allowed, so long as use is discreet, uses no-flash, and phone is on silent.

Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere within Roulette’s building.
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Roulette maintains the We Have Voice Collective’s Code of Conduct for Safe(r) Workplaces in the Performing Arts. This code promotes zero tolerance for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to sexual harassment and bullying.
