Soundscapes  — Concert Chorus and Young Men’s Ensemble

Saturday, May 18th, 7:30pm

Concert Chorus and the Young Men’s Ensemble explore the contemporary music landscape performing commissioned works from BYC’s New Voices program. The program includes the world premiere of Mizmor Aleph by Toby Twinings and new works by Bryce Dessner (The National), Richard Reed Parry (Arcade Fire), Shara Worden (My Brightest Diamond), Nico Muhly, and Aleksandra Vrebalov. Lighter fare, like The Sidewalks of New York and the House at Poor Corner, taps the youthful exuberance of these bright young singers.
