Bard’s music will move from Taiko-influenced pounding to finely textured, exquisitely lyrical melodies. Employing surround sound, hi and lo-tech electronics, big drums and found percussion, Harmonic Rhythm will forever have new meaning. Bard will perform solo and pieces written for the group Trousers, developed out of the strange and beautiful microtonal worlds inhabited by Elise Kermani and Elaine Kapinsky.
