The Improvisor: Magazine Benefit

A benefit concert for the improvisor, the international journal of free improvisation, founded in 1980. From a photocopied newsletter, to printed journal (and now online http://the-improvisor.org) the magazine covers the world of improvised music & philosophy. The mission was and is “for the purpose of sharing  experiences in world of  sound, writings about sound, movement & music, performance events of interest, and to build a network of people & a web of information in which to further develop and support the act of unabashed creativity and play….”  The founders and editors: La Donna Smith and Davey Williams.
