The American Dream pairs the vocalist/keyboardist with the violinist for the evening of musical visions, memories, nightmares, and hallucinations. Collaborative works, compositions, and improvisations portraying moving and disturbing images of the individual, the family, the society, and the human desire for meaning. Laura Seaton is a member of the Soldier String Quartet and her own Framework, both of which are hearable on Newport Classics. Napua Davoy has released her own work with an ensemble on Columbia Records.
