Backtide at the Alter, an opera of images and sounds, projections, live action and voice. The work depicts an interior world, ideas of time and measurement, evolution, biology and gender, all driven by their own agenda. Point of view and story events change over time in the interplay between the 24-hour clock, biological time and story time.
