White Out is an unholy trinity of musical conspirators striving to create music for the next millennium. Lin Culbertson (Electric Outhaus, Details at Eleven, Spoiler), David Nuss (the No Neck Blues Band, Sabir Mateen), and Tom Surgal (Thurston Moore, Rudolph Grey, Charles Gayle, etc.) employ analog synthesizer, detuned autoharp, flute, trap drums, miscellaneous percussion and treated voice in their collective improvisations.
