The bassist/composer presents the world premiere of a new piece for his Organic Orchestra. Universal Tonality is written for 13 instruments and the players include Jin Hi Kim, komongo; Dave Burrell, piano; Joe Morris, guitar; Grachan Monchur III, trombone; Clyde Kerr, trumpet; Billy Bang, violin; Jason Kao Hwang, violin; Steve Swell, trombone; Leena Conquest, voice; and others.
